Richter Scale Madness

Hans, you old dog!
When you wrote this it must have been a revolutionary idea to defame (or at least break down) traditional filmic pandering.  By this I mean that you highlighted film as a reproduction of history or realistic event, as no true art form, merely a reproduction.  I must take issue with this concept on one ground. How can one say that an accurate reproduction, of even the most known history, does not demand creativity and the use all elements of film art in the production, and not reproduction.  Otherwise, we agree.  Film as an art form must remain creative and innovative, building upon past creation to maintain artistic integrity.
Sincerely,
 IAN
